Make complex systems more navigable.
Use trusted bilingual relationships, education, warm referrals, and follow-up to help people move from uncertainty toward action.

LCE's long-term vision is larger than referrals. We aim to strengthen the infrastructure that allows Spanish-speaking and underserved communities to access systems, build leadership, improve wellbeing, create economic opportunity, and contribute knowledge to research and public decision-making.
Use trusted bilingual relationships, education, warm referrals, and follow-up to help people move from uncertainty toward action.
Programs and partnerships are informed by lived experience, service patterns, participant feedback, bilingual engagement, and practical implementation learning.
Expand research, technology, entrepreneurship, leadership, advocacy education, and systems partnerships without losing the trust and human connection at the center of the work.
