Navigation is the connective infrastructure across LCE. Community members receive bilingual support to understand systems, identify next steps, prepare for referrals and appointments, and follow through across housing, food, utilities, health coverage, public benefits, and other essential needs.

Housing support focuses on stabilization, understanding notices and options, resource connection, utility concerns, and coordinated follow-up. LCE does not replace legal counsel or guarantee housing assistance; navigators help households understand pathways and connect to appropriate resources.

ThriveWell brings together peer support, culturally responsive wellness education, coping skills, trauma-informed conversations, mindfulness, art-based activities, movement, and connection to behavioral-health resources. It is community wellbeing programming, not clinical treatment.
